Vegan burrito is for people who like to eat Mexican food with a vegetarian burrito menu filled with nuts. Take a flour tortilla, fill it with ground beans, add vegetables and sour cream. Wrapped into beautiful bars.
6 whole wheat tortillas
2 cloves of chopped garlic (optional)
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
red bean paste or Black Beans 400g (rinsed and drained)
1 diced tomato
3 chopped green onions
Grated vegan cheese
with sour cream
50g raw cashews (soaked in water and drained) 1 hour or overnight)
60 ml Almond Milk
How to Cook Vegetarian Bean Burrito
1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius and wrap the tortilla with foil and bake for 15 minutes.
2. Set the pan over mediumheat,add garlic. Then Add a little water and stir for about 1 minute. Add cayenne and red beans or black beans. Add about 1/4 cup of water and wait until the peas are soft. Use a fork to grind the nuts thoroughly.
3. Make sour cream by putting all the ingredients into a blender. Blend until fine.
4. Scoop about 3 tablespoons of ground nuts on the flour tortilla. Followed by lettuce leaves, tomato salsa and sour cream, cheese, vegetarian rolls beautifully served.
