4 sweet potatoes (approx. 500 g)

How to Cook Baked Sweet Potatoes

     1. Wash sweet potatoes thoroughly, wrap them in aluminum foil. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 45-60 minutes or until the sweet potato is soft. Then cut it in half. Set aside to cool Then scrape off the sweet potato pulp Keep the rind.
