1 cup cooked quinoa
2 cups vegetable broth
Chopped broccoli with 1 cup chopped carrot
1 egg
Flax seed 3 tablespoons
breadcrumbs 1/2 cup
chopped garlic 2 cloves
garlic powder 1 + 1/2 teaspoons
onion powder 1 + 1/2 teaspoons
parsley 2 teaspoons
olive oil 2 tablespoons olive oil
Ground salt
Ground pepper
J sour cream
Parsley for garnish
How to Cook Broccoli Quinoa
1. Set the pan with quinoa and vegetable broth. After boiling, leave it for another 15 minutes or until the water dries.
2. Put the quinoa into the mixing bowl. Followed by broccoli and carrots. Flax seeds and eggs beaten together, breadcrumbs, garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, 2 tbsp olive oil, salt and pepper. Stir the mixture well.
3. Put the oil in the pan. Form the fried ingredients into flat balls. Bring down to fry until golden brown on both sides. Served with sour cream Decorate with parsley.
